How to Request Deletion

If you would like us to delete your personal data from On The Treasure Coast, send a request to hello@onthetreasurecoast.com.

To help us process the request, please contact us from the email address associated with your account, newsletter subscription, or prior inquiry. If you email from a different address, include enough information for us to verify the request.

What to Include

• Your full name, if you provided it to us.
• The email address or addresses you want removed.
• A short note confirming that you are requesting deletion of your data.

What We Will Delete

Once we verify your request, we will delete or de-identify personal information we control that is tied to your use of the app or newsletter, such as subscriber details and related contact records, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

Timing

We will review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time. If we need additional information to verify the request, we may contact you before completing deletion.

Third-Party Services

If your information was processed by third-party service providers we use to operate the site or newsletter, we will take reasonable steps to request deletion there as well where applicable, subject to their systems and legal obligations.
