The restaurant’s About page identifies a September 2025 opening. Its welcome reception page is dated September 12, 2025. Those are concrete operator records rather than an inference from a search result marked “new.”
The operator describes dinner, wine and live jazz at 1925 Old Dixie Highway. Check the current reservation page for the date you want. The format suggests a planned dinner rather than a quick takeaway stop; that is an editorial planning inference, not a review of the food.
Tossed and Farm & Flame: useful current Vero choices
Tossed lists customizable salads, grain bowls and wraps at 97 Royal Palm Pointe. Its page lists daily 11 a.m.–7 p.m. hours and online ordering. That makes it a candidate for an earlier meal, subject to the day’s hours and menu.
