How does billing work?
Right now we are handling sponsorship setup by email while Stripe and banking setup are still in progress. You can still choose a monthly or annual option, but we confirm the placement and next steps directly with you.
Can I swap creatives seasonally?
Yes. Sponsors can upload new seasonal assets, keep evergreen versions on hand, and assign approved creatives to active entitlements from the portal.
Do creatives go live instantly?
No. Uploads enter review first so paid placements stay compliant, destination links are checked, and disclosures stay consistent.
How are sponsored links handled?
Commercial links should be labeled clearly and should use sponsored link attributes where appropriate. Sponsored units are visibly marked as advertising.
